Major Accomplishments

• Production of the Job Stream newsletter moves out of the
  State D. O. E. and becomes an in-house operation.
• Sims Scholarship awarded to Louis Gonzalez (Miami) and Pamela
  Brock (New Smyrna Beach). Pamela Brock later declined scholarship, and it was instead given to Douglas Hill (University of Florida).
• Membership over 250.
• Dr. Archie Johnston elected president-elect.
• Fall workshop held in Cocoa Beach(?)
